Software is up to date, no update for vizzle app, deleted and reinstalled app but problem persists

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We noticed this issue on iOS 9 and have read about other apps experiencing the same problem. While we are determining the root cause, the workaround is to fresh start the VizZle Player app with the device's Home button on the right.
