In VizZle Player, why can't the student click OK in the Session Options popup?

Originally from ticket #33923.

Within our district when students are logging into Vizzle player, they see the screen attached below and are not able to move past it. What should we do?

Thanks for reaching out out to us.

I'm sorry for the trouble you are having. The folder management system is slightly different in the latest release of VizZle. Based on the screenshot, you'll need to make the student's folder(s) accessible in VizZle Player.

Here's how:
-Log in to VizZle
-Go to Teach
-Expand the folders of the student
-Select the student's tracking folder you want the student to have access to
-Click Allow Student Access (the folder icon should change to a folder with a little green guy)

Your student can now access the content in the folder(s) you made student accessible. Please let me know if this helps.
