It says the username already exists. What should I do?

If you enter a teacher or student username and an error displays stating the username already exists, please check whether the account already exists in your Teachers or Students tab. If not, it's possible the account is assigned to the trial account or another district account, and will need to be transferred to your district account. Please contact us at support@monarchtt.com and we can move the account for you.
