If you are having trouble accessing VizZle Player on the iPad, you may be running an outdated version of the app which is no longer supported. Updating to the most recent version of the VizZle Player app will help resolve this. Here's how to update:
- On the iPad, go to the Home screen. Tap on the App Store icon. (Note: the number on the icon indicates the number of apps you have which need updating.)
- Tap the Updates button in the menu bar.
- Tap the Update button beside the VizZle Player listing. When prompted, enter your iTunes Store account information. Your iPad will then download and install the app update.
- Once updated, you should be able to log in to VizZle Player with your login or your student's login.
